Today, Eric carries that legacy forward as the owner, working alongside his wife Sej, who serves as the company’s COO.
With over 20 years of hands-on industry experience, Eric is also the one you’ll meet onsite for your roof inspection—ensuring every homeowner receives the personal expertise and care the family is known for. Big into fitness, Eric believes staying strong and active is essential to performing at the highest level on the job. He lives in Nutley, New Jersey with Sej and their two daughters, proudly continuing the family tradition both at home and on the roof.
Sej Deribin brings 15 years of corporate banking expertise into the roofing industry, where she now helps lead her family’s business to new heights. After transitioning from the corporate world over seven years ago, Sej has used her operations, leadership, and strategic skill set to strengthen and grow the company alongside her husband, Eric.

A dedicated martial artist and black belt, Jimmie values structure, discipline, and consistency—principles that directly translate into his approach to work. He lives in Belleville with his wife and two children, balancing family life with a strong commitment to his craft.
Angela brings many years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative support within the construction industry. Raised in Pittsburgh by a father who worked as a contractor, she grew up around job sites, developing an early understanding of the industry and a deep appreciation for accuracy, organization, and reliability.
In her role as bookkeeper at Capitol Roofing, Angela plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring the financial side of each project is handled with care and precision.
